We have put together a Community Resource Directory so you can find help with day to day issues or services that you may not be able to find through your Primary Care Medical Provider (PCMP). This directory lists many free and low cost services such as adoption and advocacy services, youth programs and help with utility bills.

Once you open the page, it’s simple to find a service:

• Type in your zip code or city,
• Check the type of service from a list of over 50 categories. Click the ”get map.”

A map of the area will pop up. The services you chose are listed to the right of the map. Click on the name of the organization, and the address and contact information pops up. The service is also highlighted with map pins. By scrolling over the map pin, the name of the organization, address and phone number will be displayed.
