If you are not happy with any aspect of your healthcare, we will listen to you. You can call the ICHP Grievance Coordinator at 855-959-7340 to tell us your complaint and we will help you solve your problem. You can also call the Ombudsman for Medicaid Managed Care. The Ombudsman for Medicaid Managed Care can help you with a complaint, grievance, or other issue related to your health care. The Ombudsman is independent from all of the health care plans.
