Trying to figure out your health care benefits can be similar to white water rafting. There are times that you may be on the Arkansas River and the river is smooth. You do not need services, and therefore, do not need a guide. At other times, you are going through a rapid and you need a guide helping steer you in the right direction. Going through a rapid may be a new medical diagnosis that you or a family member have received. Integrated Community Health Partners (ICHP) wants to help guide you through your benefits.


How do I know if I have ICHP?

If you have First Health Colorado and have enrolled in the RCCO program and live in one of the counties ICHP serves, you are one of our Members. If you do not know if you are our member, please call us at our toll free number 1-855-959-7340. This is a free call and will not cost you anything. If you are not our Member, we will help guide you with this process.

We have put together tools and information to help you get the most out of your Health First Colorado health care benefits. All of the ICHP printed materials are here. We also have on-line tools that can help you and your family stay well.

  • Rights and Responsibilities: We want you to know your Rights and Responsibilities (duties you need to do). When you know your rights and responsibilities, it helps you make good decisions. Add the links for Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Complaints: If you are not happy with your services,. we will listen to you. You can call the ICHP Grievance Coordinator at 855-959-7340 to tell us your complaint and we will help you solve your problem. You can also call the Ombudsman for Health First Colorado. The Ombudsman can also help you with a complaint, grievance, or other issue related to your health care. The Ombudsman is independent from all of the health care plans. If you have a problem or concern the Ombudsman will work with both you and your provider to find a solution that works for everyone. The Ombudsman customer service number is 1-877-435-7123 toll free.
